If a DLL file is accidentally replaced in the bin folder of NetSim, it can be restored by:

Copying the original DLL file from another system where NetSim is installed after verifying that the same DLL file is still unmodified.
By reinstalling NetSim after taking a back up of any code that was earlier modified in NetSim Install Directory (Silent Installation is recommended to save time. Refer: How to perform Silent installation of NetSim?).
