Most of the commonly used properties is available in the GUI itself and can be viewed doing rightclick -> properties on the device.

To see more properties, run a wireless simulation and save it. The in the saved folder open the configuration.xml file and see under wireless interface properties. It is best to open this config file in visual studio, and if you see the config file as a single line then click on the "Reformat Selection" icon to view as a neatly formatted file.

With regards to the traffic, the packet size can set in the application. When you right click on the application icon after dropping it, you will see the packet size variable which can be configured.
